A Harbour II player attacks vs Rainier Plateau. Rainier Plateau's first year in the league. Harbour II went on to face Liberty II in the WYR U19 DII Final, losing 32-10. That being the second DII Championship match in the first two years of the Harbour Hurricanes program's existance.

PNRFU dues for the 2007 / 2008 playing season are now past due. All clubs that have not paid there dues, are not in good standings with PNRFU, PCRFU and USA Rugby.
