In order to be sanctioned and insured through USAR, all clubs must register their tournaments with USAR here: https://events.usa.rugby/about-event-sanctioning 

Key Dates & Deadlines
June 15: Clubs or Sevens-only Teams must be registered with USA Rugby
July 1: Players must be registered to the Club/Sevens-only Team
